RN Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam within the allowed attempts
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and comfort working night shift nursing assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor status changes, and communicate updates promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and nursing standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, efficient patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs while demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
