• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,620 - $2,760
• Schedule Notes: Every 3rd weekend required; occasional day coverage may be needed
• Orientation: 2 days
• Setting: Level II maternity community hospital with Labor & Delivery, postpartum, mother-baby, and pediatrics

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Experience in postpartum and pediatrics required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• Epic experience required
• C-EFM strongly preferred
• Ability to circulate in the OR; scrub experience is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and pediatrics
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Assist with cesarean sections as a circulating nurse when needed
• Support postpartum recovery and newborn care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Document accurately in Epic and follow unit protocols and standards of care
• Perform and assist with IV therapy, phlebotomy, epidural catheter removal, and bedside support duties as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Contribute to a smooth, team-focused workflow in a busy maternal-child healthcare environment
