- Contract Duration: 13 weeks

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890-$1,990
- Location: Erie, PA 16501 — a community with access to Lake Erie, neighborhood conveniences, and a variety of local dining and recreation options
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience required
- BLS certification required before first shift
- ACLS certification required before first shift
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
- Support patients in their rehabilitation journey and promote positive clinical outcomes
- Initiate discharge planning and patient/family teaching early in the admission process
- Communicate changes in patient status clearly and promptly to the interdisciplinary care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
- Provide direction and supervision to ancillary staff as appropriate
- Promote a safe, supportive, and efficient care environment for patients and team members
