Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Level III NICU experience required
- Previous neonatal nursing or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity neonatal care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to NICU patients
- Monitor newborns with complex medical needs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
- Support nursery coverage as needed while maintaining a strong focus on family-centered care
- Promote a calm, reassuring environment for infants and their families
