This 13-week travel nursing assignment is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll gain meaningful exposure to postpartum nursing, newborn care, and couplet care while working with a strong clinical team in Arlington, Texas.

Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong couplet care and newborn assessment competencies
- Breastfeeding support and patient education experience
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift nursing team
- Compassionate, detail-focused, and team-oriented approach
- Experience with late-preterm or transitional newborns preferred
- Mother/Baby charge nurse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered care to postpartum mothers and newborns
- Monitor newborn screenings, blood glucose levels, and jaundice
- Support feeding education, breastfeeding guidance, and lactation support
- Assist with perineal care, incision care, and postpartum recovery support
- Deliver couplet care in a collaborative, team-based women’s health unit
- Maintain hourly rounding, bedside shift report, and strong patient safety practices
- Collaborate with OB, pediatric, and lactation team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Adapt to a fast-paced travel nurse assignment while contributing to a respectful and upbeat workplace culture
