• Schedule Highlights: Night shift coverage with weekend rotation and floating as needed to antepartum

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience
• Experience providing bedside care in a high-risk OB setting
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
• Experience circulating in C-sections
• Experience recovering high-acuity postpartum patients
• Comfort with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C procedures, and post-delivery recovery care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum support
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in high-acuity obstetric situations
• Circulate during C-sections and assist with obstetric procedures
• Support patients undergoing vaginal delivery, C-section recovery, and post-delivery care
• Collaborate with physicians, OB nurses, and the care team to maintain efficient, patient-centered workflow
• Float to the antepartum unit as needed
• Follow clinical documentation, safety, and attendance expectations for the unit
