Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient condition
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and clinical support skills
- Comfort working night shift travel nursing assignments in a fast-paced hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
- Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and support treatment plans
- Collaborate with the charge nurse, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain safe, organized workflows
- Support unit needs by floating to other PCU or telemetry areas when required
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative environment focused on patient safety and quality care
