• Shift: 3x12 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710 - $1,800
• Charting System: Cerner preferred
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating: Required; must be comfortable floating to MS/Tele and other units as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care RN experience required
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Strong MS/Tele and/or PCU experience preferred
• Experience caring for neuro and trauma patients required
• Ability to manage ventilated patients, titrate drips, and support complex critical care needs
• Must be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable floating without restrictions
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor and manage patients with complex neuro, trauma, and critical care needs
• Care for ventilated patients and support arterial line, central line, and IV management
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips as ordered and clinically appropriate
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Provide stroke, neuro, and trauma-focused nursing care in a fast-paced flex pool environment
• Float to ICU and MS/Tele units based on staffing needs and patient census
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes
• Follow facility standards for medication administration and patient safety practices
