- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
- On-Call: None
- Floating: Per hospital policy
- Staffing Pattern: Approximately 7 team members per shift
ICU Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Neuro ICU experience required
- Meditech experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented critical care environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Experience with high-acuity patient care and specialized ICU equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care for critically ill neuro and ICU patients
- Monitor and manage patients with complex neurological and critical care needs
- Assist with bedside procedures such as EVD placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, bronchoscopy, central line placement, EGD, and TEE as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the care team to maintain excellent patient outcomes
- Document care accurately in the EMR and support smooth daily workflow
- Use advanced unit equipment including EVD, lumbar drains, Ceribell, EV100, and PrisMax/PrismaFlex
- Maintain a professional, initiative-driven approach while contributing to a strong team culture
