• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540

• Floating: Per hospital policy
• Staffing Pattern: Approximately 7 team members per shift

ICU Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Neuro ICU experience required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented critical care environment
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Experience with high-acuity patient care and specialized ICU equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care for critically ill neuro and ICU patients
• Monitor and manage patients with complex neurological and critical care needs
• Assist with bedside procedures such as EVD placement, lumbar puncture, intubation, bronchoscopy, central line placement, EGD, and TEE as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the care team to maintain excellent patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in the EMR and support smooth daily workflow
• Use advanced unit equipment including EVD, lumbar drains, Ceribell, EV100, and PrisMax/PrismaFlex
• Maintain a professional, initiative-driven approach while contributing to a strong team culture
