Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent CVOR or cardiovascular operating room experience required
- Experience supporting surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain attention to detail during complex cardiovascular cases
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team with preparation, intraoperative support, and patient monitoring
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient operating room environment
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
- Respond appropriately to the needs of complex cardiovascular patients throughout the surgical process
