Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of recent CVOR or cardiovascular operating room experience required
  • Experience supporting surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain attention to detail during complex cardiovascular cases

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled perioperative nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team with preparation, intraoperative support, and patient monitoring
  • Maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient operating room environment
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
  • Respond appropriately to the needs of complex cardiovascular patients throughout the surgical process
