Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• TNCC certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity Emergency Department
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfort working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage patients, prioritize care, and respond to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely treatment
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care accurately in the medical record
• Support safe, efficient patient flow while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Deliver compassionate care to patients and families during urgent and stressful situations
