Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience caring for PCU/MS-level patients with standard drips
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing higher-acuity patient needs
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain consistent weekend coverage
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to ICU and PCU-level patients
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
  • Administer and manage standard drips per unit protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced critical care environment
