Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience caring for PCU/MS-level patients with standard drips
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing higher-acuity patient needs
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain consistent weekend coverage
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to ICU and PCU-level patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Administer and manage standard drips per unit protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Support a positive patient experience through professional, patient-centered care
