Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to support a high-performing surgical unit in Lone Tree, CO. This 13-week travel nursing assignment is an excellent fit for a flexible, communicative perioperative nurse who brings strong OR skills, confidence in surgical care, and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel assignment
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 4:45 PM
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; weekend coverage is call only
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Location: Lone Tree, Colorado 80124
• Start Date: September 21, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of current hospital Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Spine surgery and total joint experience required
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Joint scrub experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for spine and total joint surgical cases
• Assist with procedures such as spine fusions, ALIFs, and other orthopedic and spine surgeries
• Deliver skilled nursing care in the operating room and surgical services environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR support staff
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical workflow
• Respond to call assignments within the expected timeframe
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality care, adaptability, and communication
