• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 12-hour night shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $1,960
• Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of bedside clinical experience required
• 2+ years of bedside nursing experience highly desired
• Critical care experience required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTAC and acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Support rehabilitation goals through compassionate direct patient care
• Provide patient and family education throughout the admission and discharge process
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Supervise and guide ancillary nursing personnel as needed
• Promote a safe, supportive, and efficient LTAC unit environment
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care from admission onward
