• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,220 - $2,340

Job Requirements

• Active RN license with Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent registered nurse experience preferred
• Experience providing care in an obstetric, maternal health, or labor support setting
• Ability to work consistent 12-hour overnight shifts
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Completion of required onboarding documentation and screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor patient status and assist with assessments throughout the labor and delivery process
• Support physicians and clinical care teams during deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Educate and reassure patients and families throughout the birth experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced maternity care environment
