Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Comfort working in high-acuity critical care and acute care settings
• Experience in a Level I trauma center preferred
• Ability to adapt to floating across ICU areas as needed
• Willingness to complete a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission
• Navy blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
• Care for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, progressive critical care, and related units
• Support ICU and critical care patients in the ED and PACU while awaiting bed placement
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Float to other ICU settings as needed based on unit needs
• Maintain professional standards, attention to detail, and strong clinical judgment
