• Clinical Setting: High-acuity ICU with floating to multiple critical care areas
• Additional Notes: Epic experience required; navy blue scrubs required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• Experience in a Level I trauma center strongly preferred
• Comfort and competency caring for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, CPS/VICU, progressive critical care, and ED/PACU settings
• Ability to complete a competency test within 24 hours of submission
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving acuity
• Float to various intensive care and progressive critical care units as needed
• Care for ICU patients awaiting bed placement in the ED and PACU
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Adapt to changing unit needs while maintaining professionalism and strong clinical judgment
