• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,580 - $2,720

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a high-acuity maternal health setting
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Comfort working independently while supporting physicians and interdisciplinary staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient status, fetal well-being, and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing standards
• Document care accurately and maintain complete, timely records in the electronic health record
• Support patient education and family communication with compassion and professionalism
• Follow safety standards, infection control practices, and unit procedures at all times
• Collaborate closely with the care team to promote positive outcomes for patients and newborns
