Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience; 1-2 years of med-surg experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• Ability to complete a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding
• Up-to-date resume documenting telemetry, med-surg, or specialty experience
• Skills checklist matching the specialty
• Willingness to provide required license verification and submission documentation
• Cerner experience preferred
• Flexibility to float to nearby facilities as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate telemetry nursing care to adult patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform focused assessments, medication administration, and ongoing patient evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely interventions
• Care for patients with varying acuity levels in a med-surg/telemetry environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth continuity of care
• Adapt quickly to float pool assignments and changing patient care needs
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
