- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Cerner and Fetalink experience must be listed on the resume
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a high-acuity clinical setting
- Prior experience in women’s health, maternal care, or obstetric nursing is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate labor and delivery nursing care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
- Assist with admissions, assessments, labor support, and patient education
- Support physicians and providers during deliveries and urgent clinical situations
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems, including Cerner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain a calm, professional presence during night shift operations
