Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule and provide care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Ability to successfully complete required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to Medical/Surgical patients
• Perform thorough nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient goals
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital procedures
• Respond effectively to patient needs while maintaining a calm, professional presence
