We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with Cath Lab and cardiac procedural experience to deliver high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional services. This travel nursing job offers a consistent weekday schedule, call coverage, advanced equipment exposure, and the support of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• Position: Travel CVOR Registered Nurse
• Location: Columbus, OH 43203
• Type: Travel assignment
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• End Date: 01/04/2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with call coverage; one night per week and every 4th weekend
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260–$2,380
• Environment: Specialty procedural care with diagnostic, PCI, EP, vascular, and IR support

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cath Lab or a similar cardiac procedural setting
• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS required
• Epic charting experience required
• Pre-op and post-op experience required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, procedural sedation, and interventional nursing workflows
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Ability to respond to call requirements and maintain schedule flexibility
• Professional references required at submission
• Completion of required credentialing and compliance steps by the stated deadline

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Support cath lab, EP lab, vascular angiogram, and IR procedures as assigned
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with pre-procedure and post-procedure recovery
• Monitor hemodynamic status, procedural sedation, and patient response during interventions
• Assist with specialized equipment such as Impella, IABP, temp pacer, IVUS, and FFR systems
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and uphold strong safety and infection-prevention practices
• Respond appropriately to call coverage needs, including nights and weekend rotations
• Deliver high-quality patient education and compassionate support throughout the care process
