- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Schedule: Full-time, day/night variable rotation, weekend and holiday coverage as needed, plus on-call shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,110 - $2,220

Job Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and stroke certification required (AHA or RQI accepted)
- NIHSS certification preferred or required per unit standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and establish priorities of care
- Deliver direct nursing care for patients with emergent and routine needs
- Use invasive and non-invasive interventions appropriate for emergency care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, EMS, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor changes in condition and respond quickly with appropriate interventions
- Provide education, discharge instructions, and support for next steps in care
- Support a safe, healing environment through compassionate, relationship-based care
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates throughout the patient visit
