Job Requirements

• Active multi-state RN license or current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• At least 1 year of ICU, critical care, or adult acute care nursing experience
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong understanding of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the biopsychosocial model
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze clinical and numerical data with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient condition and ICU unit guidelines
• Prioritize patient needs and respond effectively to changing clinical situations in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
• Provide patient and family education and support discharge planning as needed
• Communicate clearly with internal and external care team members
• Support quality improvement efforts, education initiatives, and mandatory training requirements
• Complete variance reports and maintain professional nursing standards
