- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Geneva, New York (Finger Lakes region)
- Start Date: 09/21/2026
- Contract Duration: 23 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12 schedule, variable shifts as needed, every other weekend, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
Job Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required through AHA/RQI pathways
- Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a critical care setting
- Deliver safe, age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and hospital policies
- Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient safety
- Support a healing environment through respectful communication, teamwork, and clinical excellence
