Job Details

• Setting: ICU, Level 2 acute care environment
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Geneva, New York (Finger Lakes region)
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• Contract Duration: 23 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12 schedule, variable shifts as needed, every other weekend, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active New York State Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required through AHA/RQI pathways
• Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a critical care setting
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and hospital policies
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient safety
• Support a healing environment through respectful communication, teamwork, and clinical excellence
