Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner General Medical Surgical ICU preferred
• CCRN and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care environment
• Adapt to a night-shift schedule and deliver dependable coverage throughout the assignment
