Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current nursing credentials
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience required
• Neurosurgery experience preferred
• Experience supporting a variety of surgical cases is strongly preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced operating room environment with call coverage
• Flu vaccine required
• Must live more than 100 miles from the facility for consideration

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating support in the operating room for a diverse surgical caseload
• Assist with general surgery, orthopedics, total joints, podiatry, OBGYN, endoscopy, neurosurgery, robotics, ENT, and cataract procedures
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative experience
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Maintain readiness for call shifts and support weekend coverage as needed
• Work efficiently with specialized equipment including Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and Medacta systems
