Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with high-acuity patients and rapid changes in condition
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Neuro and trauma experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
- Monitor patient status closely and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support advanced critical care interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to deliver safe, effective care
- Assist with procedures and treatments commonly performed in the ICU, including cardioversions, bronchoscopy support, CRRT, Impella care, and open heart recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and best practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment committed to quality patient outcomes
