• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 6, 2026
• End Date: December 6, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 - $2,650

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred
• Current Oregon RN license
• Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience
• 3 years of OR experience required
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
• CNOR, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet use
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide education and instruction to clinical staff and serve as a resource for healthcare training
• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate education programs with department leaders and clinical teams
• Use simulation tools and learning models to support skill-building and competency development
• Partner with Quality Management and clinical departments to identify opportunities for improvement
• Assess learner progress and adjust teaching methods to support successful outcomes
• Support hospital policies, mission, vision, values, and required education programs
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
