- Position: Registered Nurse – Clinical Staff Educator / Med-Surg Tele Support
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing
- Location: Hermiston, Oregon
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 6, 2026
- End Date: December 6, 2026
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 - $2,650
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred
- Current Oregon RN license
- Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience
- 3 years of OR experience required
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
- CNOR, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet use
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Provide education and instruction to clinical staff and serve as a resource for healthcare training
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate education programs with department leaders and clinical teams
- Use simulation tools and learning models to support skill-building and competency development
- Partner with Quality Management and clinical departments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assess learner progress and adjust teaching methods to support successful outcomes
- Support hospital policies, mission, vision, values, and required education programs
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
