• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,270
• Schedule: Weekend coverage required, Friday/Saturday/Sunday; call as assigned
• Charting System: Epic
• Setting: High-acuity acute care operating room environment
• Location: Spokane, WA 99204

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
• Current Registered Nurse license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
• BLS and CNOR required
• Strong experience circulating a variety of urgent and emergent surgical cases
• Must be fully competent in neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies and complex spine
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to work weekends and take call as assigned
• Comfort working with pediatric and adult surgical populations

Responsibilities

• Circulate a broad range of surgical cases, including ortho, neuro, ENT, plastics, general surgery, robotics, and transplant
• Support urgent and emergent procedures with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold OR safety standards throughout every procedure
• Document accurately in Epic and help ensure smooth case flow from start to finish
• Provide skilled support for complex neurosurgical and spine cases
• Follow established protocols for patient safety, specimen handling, and universal timeout procedures
