- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,790 - $1,880
- Orientation: 2-day orientation with virtual modules followed by an in-unit shift
- Scheduling: 5-day availability required for scheduling consistency
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float between multiple campuses in the region
Job Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Two recent references covering at least 1 year of specialty experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to work the required schedule pattern and maintain consistent attendance
- TNCC certification preferred
- Comfort working in adult and pediatric emergency care environments
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced float pool environment
- Care for patients in adult and pediatric ER settings
- Support ambulance triage, ED holding, and lobby triage workflows
- Float to assigned campuses and adapt quickly to changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, efficient patient flow
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout each shift
