Job Requirements
- Active RN license and ICU competency
- At least 1 year of recent critical care or intensive care unit experience
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment
- Willingness to complete required onboarding, health screening, and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes quickly, and escalate concerns as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments according to unit protocols and best practices
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
