Job Requirements

• Active RN license and ICU competency
• At least 1 year of recent critical care or intensive care unit experience
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment
• Willingness to complete required onboarding, health screening, and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes quickly, and escalate concerns as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to unit protocols and best practices
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
