Experienced ICU Registered Nurse or Critical Care RN needed for a travel nursing assignment in Hartford, CT 06105. Job Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • Strong critical care background in ICU, MSICU, or a comparable acute care setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Comfort working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Required onboarding and compliance documents must be completed prior to start

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical changes, and respond promptly to evolving needs
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care and best practice standards
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective, and timely interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit protocols and clinical standards
  • Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during complex hospital stays
