Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current CPI certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, collaborative healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, moderate sedations, and splinting as needed
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing conditions in the ER
• Support efficient patient flow in a busy emergency care setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinical staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on teamwork and patient experience
