Job Requirements

• Active RN license eligible for assignment in West Virginia
• At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• Experience in similar OR or perioperative settings preferred
• First-time travelers with strong Operating Room experience will be considered
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts and participate in call coverage
• Comfort working in a collaborative surgical environment with a broad case mix

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating nurse support in the Operating Room
• Assist with a wide variety of surgical cases, including orthopedic, general, scope, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, and ophthalmology procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Support preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative workflows as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow OR standards, protocols, and patient safety practices
• Participate in call coverage and respond within required timeframes when scheduled
