Job Details

• Position: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Location: Chillicothe, OH
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Shift Length: 8-hour days
• Schedule Highlights: No call, no holidays, and no weekends
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370-$2,500
• Start Date: 9/14/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Experience circulating in the OR preferred
• Experience in perioperative nursing and surgical services preferred
• Comfort working with a broad range of surgical specialties
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in an active surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical process
• Circulate for a variety of cases, including urology, ENT, vascular, OB/GYN, cardiothoracic, general, and acute care surgery
• Prepare the operating room and ensure cases are ready to begin on time
• Review and confirm supplies, instruments, and case readiness for the next day
• Check outdates and maintain readiness for urgent and emergent procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to support excellent patient outcomes
