Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in a Cath Lab, procedural nursing, or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented cardiac care environment
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional communication
Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
- Support patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist the procedural team with safe, efficient workflow throughout the cardiac cath lab
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, cath lab staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards
