Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in a Cath Lab, procedural nursing, or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented cardiac care environment
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional communication

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Support patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist the procedural team with safe, efficient workflow throughout the cardiac cath lab
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, cath lab staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards
