Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active RN license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the assigned state
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• AWHONN or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) certification
• Experience with antepartum and high-risk Labor & Delivery patients preferred
• Mom/baby or couplet care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a team-based healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, antepartum, and emergency obstetric patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support cesarean sections and cerclage procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, compassionate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation using the unit’s charting systems
• Deliver care in accordance with unit policies, clinical standards, and patient safety practices
• Remain flexible, organized, and effective while caring for a variety of patient acuity levels
