Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced LTAC environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and report changes in condition promptly
- Support interdisciplinary care planning, patient education, and discharge preparation
- Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and the broader clinical support team as needed
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and a positive healing environment
- Deliver quality bedside care while supporting recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to facility policies and procedures
