Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced LTAC environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and report changes in condition promptly
• Support interdisciplinary care planning, patient education, and discharge preparation
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and the broader clinical support team as needed
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and a positive healing environment
• Deliver quality bedside care while supporting recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to facility policies and procedures
