• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, with start times ranging from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,870 - $3,020
• Call Requirements: 1 call night per week and 1 weekend every 5 weeks, plus as needed on a rotational basis
• Float Requirement: Interventional Pain Clinic
• Orientation: Bi-weekly orientation

Interventional Radiology Nurse Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology or radiology nursing experience preferred
• Current RN licensure or equivalent required
• ARRT Registry required
• BLS certification required
• Experience operating imaging equipment and maintaining strict sterile technique
• Ability to scrub for a variety of interventional procedures
• Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Strong adaptability and willingness to work with different providers and team members

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support in the Interventional Radiology department
• Assist with peripheral interventions, biopsies, thrombolysis procedures, EVARs, MMAs, drains, and other IR cases
• Maintain a sterile field and support procedural workflow throughout the day
• Operate and assist with advanced imaging and procedural equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to deliver safe, efficient patient care
• Support call coverage and rotational weekend coverage as assigned
• Adapt to multiple clinical situations while helping maintain smooth department operations
