Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery experience
- Active RN license and current BLS certification
- Current ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN or EFM certification
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum care preferred
- Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, and/or NICU experience is a plus
- Flexible, friendly, and dependable team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients
- Support vaginal deliveries and cesarean section deliveries in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate and direct care to help ensure safe, efficient patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a patient-focused women’s health environment
- Deliver compassionate, detail-oriented care while maintaining clinical excellence
