Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing, critical care, or acute care experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and designated holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Administer medications and therapies according to established critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards and patient safety practices
• Participate in unit routines, including weekend and holiday coverage as assigned
