Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Complete accurate charting and maintain thorough clinical documentation
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and family communication as needed
• Promote a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment
