Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, onsite, with flexible manager hours
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Weekly Hours: 40
• On-Call: Leadership on-call rotation, approximately 1 week every 3rd week, including after-hours and weekend coverage
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,820 - $4,020
• Location: Seattle, WA 98105

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Washington state license or Compact RN license accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable nursing experience
• Extensive RN manager or clinical practice manager experience required
• Previous apheresis leadership experience required
• FACT accreditation experience required
• Cellular apheresis experience required
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy preferred
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the apheresis program and provide oversight for a team of 12 FTEs
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily department operations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance standards
• Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership to support program goals
• Participate in the leadership on-call rotation
• Promote efficient workflows and a high standard of patient-centered care
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing pediatric clinical environment
