• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Unit: Cardiac Surgical ICU
• Start Date: September 6, 2026
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Schedule Notes: End-of-week and every-other-weekend rotation
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020–$2,130

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Experience in a cardiac ICU or surgical critical care setting preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a high standard of patient care
• Comfort completing standard travel nurse onboarding and compliance requirements
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill cardiac surgical patients
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in status in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care and unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation throughout the shift
• Support safe, efficient workflow in a busy Cardiac Surgical ICU
