• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Unit: Critical Care / ICU
• Schedule Note: Every other weekend / every other holiday coverage may be required

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing or critical care nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Current ICU specialty knowledge and strong acute care nursing skills
• Ability to work night shift schedules and maintain excellent patient care standards
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to complete onboarding, compliance, and health screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and facility standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient and family education as appropriate
• Maintain a professional, compassionate approach in a high-acuity critical care setting
