• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Setting: Emergency Department / Acute Care
• Location: Winchester, MA (Boston area)
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
• At least 1 year of ER nursing or emergency department RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• TNCC required
• PALS or ENPC required
• Epic experience required
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and initiate timely interventions
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate responses to therapies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support efficient, high-quality emergency care
• Prioritize care for patients with a wide range of emergent and urgent needs
• Document care thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a dynamic clinical setting
