Job Details

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call: Rotating weekends with on-call coverage required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Location: Crestview, FL

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN or OR Circulator experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through AHA or American Red Cross
• Robotics experience required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with rotating weekends and on-call shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting
• Circulate for surgical procedures and support the surgical team throughout each case
• Anticipate physician and patient needs to ensure efficient case flow
• Prepare and maintain supplies, equipment, and sterile field readiness
• Communicate with families and coordinate updates as appropriate
• Update physician preference cards and support accurate clinical documentation
• Assist physicians during surgical cases and supervise support personnel involved in patient care
• Follow state Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental policies
