• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Schedule: Nights, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• Start Date: 10/4/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-activity clinical setting preferred
• Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and provide dependable weekend/holiday coverage
• Comfort working in a dynamic inpatient environment with frequent patient movement and multiple care areas

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient medical/surgical nursing care to patients
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient flow and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold quality nursing standards
• Adapt to a busy Med/Surg unit while managing competing priorities effectively
• Support scheduled night, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
