Job Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• ICU nursing experience required; at least 1 year preferred, 3 years preferred
• Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
• NIHSS required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with critical care nursing, patient monitoring, and rapid response in a high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients with complex and rapidly changing conditions
• Perform ongoing assessments, monitoring, and interventions in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and the care team to support safe, efficient patient outcomes
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit
